The Hispanic Leadership Forum of Hampton Roads, Inc. is a community service organization created by a group of local professionals who after many years of working together decided to formalize their efforts and form the Hispanic Leadership Forum of Hampton Roads, Inc. in 2006. HLF was formed to
serve as an "umbrella organization" that supports Hispanics/Latino groups and organizations by helping them to be more effective and by setting the structure for wider cooperation among community based organizations.
The mission of the Hispanic Leadership Forum of Hampton Roads, Inc. is to bring together a growing, inclusive, well-informed, and dynamic group of leaders involved in areas such as business, government, health, and
education and who are willing to cooperate for the future and well-being of the Hampton Roads communities in particular and in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a whole.
We plan to accomplish our goals and mission by creating events and community activities where experienced individuals share their expertise and knowledge with members of the Hampton Roads community.
HLF also aspires to serve as a link between Hispanics and the general community to promote understanding and to be part of the solution to any problems within the community.
